A lifestyle and studio campaign for Akashi-Tai sake: location & studio shoot, edit and colour grade.
Sake made for the table, so that’s where we shot it. A campaign that moves from the steam of a working kitchen to bright studio pairings on ice.
(Concept)
Akashi-Tai has been brewed by hand on the Seto Inland Sea since 1856, and every bottle is made with food in mind. So the concept followed the sake to the table: poured, shared and paired, from sashimi and wagyu to a full cheese board.
(Production)
We shot the lifestyle side in a working restaurant, from the open kitchen to the first pour at the table. In the studio we built sunlit pairing scenes, bedded the range in crushed ice, and went close enough to count the bubbles.
